1. Ordering

Add a piece to your cart, enter your details and press Continue to payment. You then see the full total on Stripe’s payment page; the order is placed when you press Pay and the payment goes through, and that is when the contract is made. If you leave the payment page without paying, no order is made. We email you an order confirmation straight after payment; it is your copy of the contract, and these terms stay available on this page. Contracts are in English or Latvian, whichever language you use on the site.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and are final. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery within Latvia is included in the price. You pay by card (and, where your device offers it, Apple Pay or Google Pay) on a secure payment page run by Stripe; we never see your card number.

When a product shows a crossed-out old price, that old price is the lowest price we charged for it in the 30 days before the price reduction.

3. Delivery

Every piece is pre-made. We send your order within 1–3 days after payment. For now we deliver within Latvia only, with DPD, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, Venipak or DHL. Delivery within Latvia is free. Parcels usually arrive 1–3 working days after we send them. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

4. Your right to cancel (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after the last one arrives.

How to cancel: use the Cancel an order page (the quickest way; you get an email confirmation straight away), or tell us by email at moyenhills@gmail.com or by post to the address above, for example with the model form below. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days run out.

Sending it back: send the goods back to Grēdu iela 2, Rīga, Latvia without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them (as you would in a shop), so please return them unworn and unwashed.

Refund: we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (not extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you pay no fees for the refund. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.

5. Faulty items

If something is wrong with your order, contact us. You have the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery under Latvian and EU consumer law, whatever else these terms say.

6. Questions and complaints

Write to moyenhills@gmail.com and we will reply within a few days. If we cannot solve it together, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv), which also handles out-of-court consumer disputes. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help (eccnet.eu).

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

1. Pasūtīšana

Pievieno preci grozam, ievadi savus datus un spied Turpināt uz apmaksu. Stripe maksājumu lapā redzēsi visu kopsummu; pasūtījums ir veikts un līgums noslēgts, kad tu spied Maksāt un maksājums ir veiksmīgs. Ja maksājumu lapu atstāj, nesamaksājot, pasūtījums netiek veikts. Uzreiz pēc apmaksas atsūtām pasūtījuma apstiprinājumu e-pastā; tā ir tava līguma kopija, un šie noteikumi vienmēr ir pieejami šajā lapā. Līgumu slēdzam latviešu vai angļu valodā — tajā, kuru izvēlējies vietnē.

2. Cenas un apmaksa

Cenas norādītas eiro un ir galīgas. Mēs neesam PVN maksātāji, tāpēc PVN netiek piemērots. Piegāde Latvijā ir iekļauta cenā. Maksā ar karti (un, ja ierīce to piedāvā, ar Apple Pay vai Google Pay) drošā Stripe maksājumu lapā; mēs tavas kartes numuru neredzam.

Ja precei ir norādīta pārsvītrota iepriekšējā cena, tā ir zemākā cena, par kādu preci pārdevām 30 dienās pirms cenas samazināšanas.

3. Piegāde

Katra prece jau ir izgatavota. Pasūtījumu nosūtām 1–3 dienu laikā pēc apmaksas. Pagaidām piegādājam tikai Latvijā, ar DPD, Omniva, Latvijas Pastu, Venipak vai DHL. Piegāde Latvijā ir bezmaksas. Sūtījumi parasti pienāk 1–3 darba dienu laikā pēc nosūtīšanas. Kad pasūtījums ir nosūtīts, e-pastā atsūtām sūtījuma numuru.

4. Tavas atteikuma tiesības (14 dienas)

Tev ir tiesības 14 dienu laikā atteikties no šī līguma, nenorādot iemeslu. Atteikuma termiņš beidzas 14 dienas pēc dienas, kad tu vai tevis norādīta trešā persona (kas nav pārvadātājs) saņem preces. Ja viens pasūtījums tiek piegādāts vairākos sūtījumos, termiņš beidzas 14 dienas pēc pēdējā sūtījuma saņemšanas.

Kā atteikties: izmanto lapu Atcelt pasūtījumu (ātrākais veids; apstiprinājumu e-pastā saņemsi uzreiz) vai paziņo mums e-pastā moyenhills@gmail.com vai pa pastu uz iepriekš norādīto adresi, piemēram, izmantojot zemāk esošo veidlapu. Pietiek, ja paziņojumu nosūti pirms 14 dienu termiņa beigām.

Preču atpakaļnosūtīšana: nosūti preces uz Grēdu iela 2, Rīga, Latvija bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un ne vēlāk kā 14 dienas pēc tam, kad mums par atteikumu paziņoji. Preču atpakaļnosūtīšanas tiešās izmaksas sedz pircējs. Tu atbildi tikai par preču vērtības samazināšanos, ja ar precēm esi rīkojies vairāk, nekā nepieciešams, lai pārbaudītu to īpašības un darbību (kā veikalā), tāpēc, lūdzu, atdod tās nevalkātas un nemazgātas.

Naudas atmaksa: mēs atmaksājam visus no tevis saņemtos maksājumus, arī standarta piegādes izmaksas (bet ne papildu izmaksas, ja izvēlējies dārgāku piegādes veidu), bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā pēc tava paziņojuma saņemšanas. Atmaksājam ar to pašu maksāšanas līdzekli, ko izmantoji tu, ja vien neesam vienojušies citādi; par atmaksu tev nekas nav jāmaksā. Atmaksu varam aizturēt, līdz esam saņēmuši preces atpakaļ vai tu esi iesniedzis pierādījumu, ka tās nosūtītas, atkarībā no tā, kas notiek agrāk.

5. Preces ar defektiem

Ja ar pasūtījumu kaut kas nav kārtībā, sazinies ar mums. Saskaņā ar Latvijas un ES patērētāju tiesībām tev ir likumīgās garantijas tiesības divus gadus no piegādes dienas, neatkarīgi no tā, kas teikts šajos noteikumos.

6. Jautājumi un sūdzības

Raksti uz moyenhills@gmail.com, un mēs atbildēsim dažu dienu laikā. Ja kopā strīdu atrisināt neizdodas, vari vērsties Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrā (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv), kas izskata arī patērētāju strīdus ārpustiesas kārtībā. Ja dzīvo citā ES valstī, palīdzēt var tavas valsts Eiropas Patērētāju informēšanas centrs (eccnet.eu).

7. Piemērojamie tiesību akti

Šiem noteikumiem piemēro Latvijas Republikas tiesību aktus. Ja esi patērētājs, kas dzīvo citā ES valstī, tev saglabājas arī tavas valsts obligāto patērētāju tiesību normu aizsardzība.
